Warranty Registration – Terms & Conditions
Submission of Warranty Registration
Submission of this warranty registration form does not constitute automatic activation of the Sinclair warranty. All warranty registrations are subject to verification and approval.
Installer Responsibility
Warranty registration must be submitted by an authorised Sinclair installer or contractor. Registrations submitted by unauthorised parties may be rejected.
Approval Process
All warranty registrations are reviewed and approved by the relevant Project Manager (PM) or authorised Sinclair representative. Approval is based on compliance with Sinclair installation standards, product eligibility, and submitted documentation.
Warranty Activation Confirmation
The warranty will be considered active only once written confirmation has been issued. Upon successful approval, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered client and/or installer confirming warranty activation.
Incomplete or Incorrect Information
Sinclair reserves the right to delay or decline warranty activation where incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided. Additional documentation may be requested to complete the approval process.
Installation Compliance
Warranty validity is conditional upon correct installation, commissioning, and use of the product in accordance with Sinclair technical guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
No Direct End-User Engagement
Sinclair operates on a business-to-business (B2B) model. All warranty-related communication, support, and claims are handled through authorised installers or contractors.
Regional Applicability
Warranty registrations are valid only for products installed within Sub-Saharan Africa and Mauritius, subject to local regulations and product availability.
Right to Amend
Sinclair reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw these warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this warranty registration form, the installer and client acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
